Anyone ever been there? Recommendations? We're coming to Thailand in October (hoping to miss all the rain) and girlfriend (she's Thai) wants to go there. There's a ton of info on Google, but the locals know best. Thanks in advance.

Hi again, windknot. You might just catch the end of the rainy season, depending on how late in October you come. I've never been to Koh Chang but others tell me it is beautiful, and quite a lively place. Popular with both thais and tourists.
