Condo in Chiang Mai

Anyone could recommend a condo near Chiang Mai University just for 1 month stay? Our couple loves to cook sometimes so we need a fully furnished one with a kitchen. Another essential thing is internet for we will be working on holiday

Would be great if you know some agents who can speak English.
