If I knew how to post an image on here I could give you a clue, as I don't have a Scooby you will need to cast your mind back in time :?

So lets get on with the motley and if we three post as much on here as we do/did on the other forum who knows where it will lead :lol:
Angel, that's an interesting name but are you sure thats you :lol:
Hopefully the Mod/Mods will respond to my question at some point as I am just a bit worried about posting stuff in the "Welcome to the Forum" topic when what we would like to do is post about General items [EDIT: just found under the cunningly disguised "Meeting Point" is where I should be posting D'oh!] until such times as Thai questions come up that we can assist with or indeed need to ask ourselves.

And I really need to suss out these different icons as to what they do, i.e. how to post an image as clicking the image icon only brings up "open img ] close/img] :?

The current cost of a normal licence is THB 108 and it will be issued for five years. I cannot recall the cost of an international one but it is still very cheap.

Hope this helps

Hello everybody here,

I'm french and living in Thailand since two years and a half.
First, I apologise about my english which will be not equal to yours!
I retire in a little town which name is Sawang Daen Din in Sakhon Nakhon province ( Issan).
I'm married with a thai woman who is a farmer.

I hope I can help you if you have any questions about Issan and other parts of this country.

And first, I would like to make a rectification about the thai driving license;
the first one you will have is only one year; after this year, u will have a 5 years one.
And there are many drving licenses;
I have one for motocycle and another for cars, pick-up and minivans
I was a trucker and a coach driver when in France but my french licenses are not valuable in Thailand.
Impossible for an "alien" or a farang to obtain that kind of license.

Thank you to the administrator to open this forum

I will finish with a precision;
I have a very slow connection with my mobile and a bluetooth connection (115 kb/s)

Regards,
Sam_Sallung :D

A last one, can you put the "wai" in the smileys? I don't see it
