From BKK to Trat with bus

Hello Thai-Experts !

Does anybody know the exact time for the Bus 999 (Ekamai Station) direct to Laem Ngorp?
Does a bus start at 06:30 direct to Laem Ngorp?

The bus 999 finishes at Center Point Pier. I have to go to Laem Ngorp Pier.
Does anybody know how to get there? Maybe taxi?

The new bus route 999 leaves Ekamai at 7.30 am and 9.30 am, then passes the airport and brings you directly to the Center Point Ferry pier in Laem Ngop.
